Take a seat in the Salamander trains or the nostalgic steam train of the Schneebergbahn and travel relaxed up to 1,800 m above sea level. Arriving at the mountain station, you will be greeted by the impressive alpine landscape.

Here you can slow down, relax and let your eyes wander. Enjoy the impressive panorama on the spacious rest and seating areas.

The historic mountain station with its own WC, around 50 seats and a further 70 seats on the adjacent Salamanderplatz is the ideal event location for seminars and events of all kinds.

BOOK YOUR OWN SALAMANDER TRAIN OR STEAM TRAIN
If you wish, your charter train can stop at its own platform in the newly built Bergareal directly at Salamanderplatz. Here your passengers can board and disembark in a relaxed atmosphere right next to the historic mountain station. You can choose the departure times individually.
